Eva Le Peutrec

Founder of E-STUDIO, Architect, Urbanist, Speaker, Visionary,Writer, Mother,Sailing & Fashion Lover

Eva loves to be inspired in her design by foreign cultures, countries, people and their habbits.

That’s why she has traveled to over forty countries and lived on four continents, and she speaks five languages. During her studies in Europe, she decided to gain experience abroad and went to work in San Francisco for two years. Then she left for Asia. She arrived in Shanghai at the age of 25. She didn’t know the language nor had contacts, and despite this, she soon worked her way to major projects at the company she joined. She gained renown quickly – especially for her skyscraper designs. However, she was a Principal Designer on projects of all varieties. Such as office buildings, shopping centers, 5-star hotels, cultural and sports centers, transport hubs, schools, luxury villas, interiors, industrial design, as well as large scale city planning projects like a 2 km- long center of a Chinese metropolis or a newly-founded city for a million inhabitants.

Since 2005, she has been the Principal Designer on over 140 projects. As she says the only things still missing from her portfolio are jails and crematoriums. She also can count the Lamborghini family among her clients, and she regularly wins out over globally respected names in architecture competitions. The Czech news server, iDNES, has chosen her as one of the ten most influential women of 2018. Since 2011, she has been living in New Caledonia in the South Pacific. She founded the E-STUDIO (2011) architectural firm, acts as an independent consultant and works on large variety of projects worldwide.

Eva published two books, was a keynote speaker at TEDxPrague Women and became part of Gallery of the Nation’s Elite, portraying some of the most outstanding personalities from all walks of life. She became one of the youngest memeber of Engineering Academy of the Czech Republic.

She is a member of the jury for a new skyscraper for the Czech Republick and gives lectures (about AI, architecture, urban visions) around the world.

Since Eva has lived and worked on 4 different continents and speaks many languages she has to be very flexible, reinvent herself and readjust her mindset constantly. Which helps her in her design to find new innovative solutions for her clients. That’s her unique strength what makes truly the difference.

“Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.”
